1. Signing Up

To become a registered user, you must complete an application with the required details.

When contacting us on WhatsApp for sign-up, registration, and access to courses, you must provide true and accurate information.

By signing up, you consent to receive special offer emails from SkillPulse Hub. You can opt-out at any time if you no longer wish to receive these emails.

2. Account Owner Responsibilities

By opening an account with us, you certify that the information you provide is true, accurate, and up-to-date at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may lead to immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for protecting the privacy of your account and password, including limiting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to take responsibility for all activities or actions carried out under your account and/or password, regardless of whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must contact us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use a username that belongs to someone else, is not legally yours to use, or is protected by someone else's rights or trademarks. Offensive, vulgar, or obscene names are also prohibited.

We reserve the sole right to refuse service, delete, alter, or cancel sign-ups without incurring any liability.

3. Our Virtual Space

SkillPulse Hub exclusively owns and manages all skillpulsehub.com web URLs, landing sites, web pages, and the Member's Training Arena.

Our team is committed to minimizing faults and downtimes to ensure consistent uptime for all users and smooth day-to-day operations for our students.

4. Our Emailing Service

All members must provide an active and valid email address during registration to complete the process. This allows us to send you important notifications related to your activities, such as newsletters and update mails.

We strongly advise all potential members to ensure they register with a valid email address, as we reserve the right to suspend any account without a valid email address and will notify the user of such changes.

5. Terms for Operations in Our E-Learning Arenas

When you join one of our Skill Acquisition Training Hubs, you must adhere to the following group involvement guidelines:

• Stay on topic: Only share messages relevant to the group's purpose.
• Allow tutors to respond: If a member asks a question after a lecture and you don't know the answer, do not respond; wait for the Tutor in Charge.
• Maintain a professional environment: Our E-Learning Arenas are not for dating, casual viewing, or political/religious discussions. This means no love talks, arguing, heated opinions, fear-mongering, or hyped-up drama. Double-check your sources before sharing anything, and ensure it relates to the tutor's discussions.
• Active participation: All members in a skill acquisition hub should actively engage with the pace set by the Tutors in charge.

Failure to abide by these rules and regulations will result in ostracization from the E-Learning Hub.

6. Our Policy on Refunds

We provide non-physical, abstract services for a one-time registration/entry fee. Refunds are not typically granted after successful registration.

Once a member has successfully registered, refunds are provided only when absolutely necessary, which is extremely rare. Please keep this in mind when submitting your membership payment.

7. Restricted Activities

Only legitimate uses of the service, as permitted by these terms, are allowed. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of abusing, harming, or attempting to abuse or harm juveniles in any way, including by exposing them to offensive material.
• To impersonate an organization, an organization employee, another user, or any other person or organization.
• To sell, rent, sub-license, or redistribute materials from SkillPulse Hub Arenas. This constitutes piracy, and we reserve the sole right to take any possible legal actions against the individual or entity.
• In any manner that violates the rights of others, or in any manner that is wrongful, hurtful, fraudulent, or threatening, or in conjunction with any wrongful, harmful, fraudulent, or threatening purpose or action.
• To engage in any other behavior that prevents anyone from using or enjoying our Services, or that, in our judgment, may harm or offend SkillPulse Hub or Service users or subject them to risk.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, alter, destroy, or otherwise interfere with any portion of the service, the server on which the service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the service.
• To take any steps that could harm or alter the company assessment.

8. Termination of Membership/Agreement

SkillPulse Hub reserves the sole right to suspend or terminate any user's membership on our platform if the user has been found to have repeatedly acted against our community standards.

Factors that can lead to membership cancellation include, but are not limited to:

• Spamming or causing unrest in our Skill Acquisition Arenas.
• Causing turbulence on our social media accounts used for public information.
• Advertising or making misleading ads on our system.
• Attempting to change our activity on SkillPulse Hub in any way, whether as an individual or a group. Any irregularities will not be tolerated.

9. Alteration of Terms

We may renegotiate these conditions at any time by updating the terms on this website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms.

If you use the Platform after the updated Terms have been posted, it signifies your acceptance and agreement to the modifications. You should periodically check this page for updates, as they are legally binding on you.

You agree to be bound by the updated terms if you access or use our service after such amendments take effect. If you disagree with the revised terms, you are no longer permitted to use the Service.
